Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce wear of a contacted and struck part by a method wherein a small hole is provided to at least one of a contacted and struck part of a printing type hammer and an actuator and a lubricant is filled in said hole to maintain lubricating effect for a long period of time without scattering said lubricant. CONSTITUTION:To a contacted and struck part 7C contacted with and struck by a push rod 6 of a printing type hammer 7, a small hole 7H with a diameter of 0.1- 2mm. and a depth of 0.01-2mm. is provided and a grease like buricant containing molybdenum disulfide or the ike is filled in said small hole 7H. Scattering of the lubricant due to striking motion is prevented by a surface tension of said lubricant but, because said lubricant is gradually exuded to a surface of the struck part 7C, effect lowering friction factor for a long period of time is maintained. Similar effect is obtained in a printing type hammer using an actuator in place the push rod 6 but, in this case, a small hole may be provided to a side of the actuator.
