Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To mix high viscosity fluid and low viscosity fluid with less number of mixer elements and with ease of operation by combining plural static type fluid mixer elements and perforated plates suitably, and disposing the same in a pipe in which fluids are flowed. CONSTITUTION:Perforated plates 1 having fine pores 2 and static type mixer elements 3 are combined and are disposed in a pipe 4 in which fluids are flowed. These are so disposed that at lease one piece of the elements 3 is located to face the fluid outlet of the pipe 4.
