Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enhance the weldability, corrosion resistance and plating adhesion of a zinc electroplated steel plate by adding a specified amount of Ni, Cr and Fe to the zinc plated film of the steel plate. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of a zinc electroplated steel plate, a zinc plating bath contg. 70-370g/l sulfate ion, 20-60g/l Ni ion, 5-50g/l Fe ion, 10- 80g/l boric acid and 0.1-30g/l sexivalent Cr ion and/or 0.1-10g/l tervalent Cr ion is used as a zinc electroplating bath at 1.5-3.0pH. Thus, a Zn alloy plated layer contg. 10-20wt% Ni, 0.05-3wt% Cr and 3-40wt% Fe is formed. The resulting zinc alloy plated steel plate has superior weldability, corrosion resistance and plating adhesion.
