Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain the excellent surface contact between the outer circumference of the stator and the inner circumference of the outer frame and to perform excellent heat radiation for the subject motor by a method wherein a thermosetting resin is applied on the outer circumferential section of a stator core, the above is inserted in the outer frame which was expanded by heating and adhered in a body by hardening the resin using residual heat. CONSTITUTION:The thermosetting resin 4 is applied on the outer circumferential section of the stator 1 whereon a stator winding was assembled. Then, the above is inserted in the inner circumferential section of the outer frame 5 which was expanded by heating and the stator 1 and the outer frame 5 are adhered in a body by hardening the resin 4 using the remaining heat of the outer frame 5. Through these procedures, the thermal conductivity from the stator 1 to the outer frame 5 is improved and the rise in temperature of the stator winding can be restricted, thereby enabling to increase the productivity of the motor.
