Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:The titled dispersion with enhanced adhesion to a variety of adherends, prepd. by dispersing a hot-melt resin primarily composed of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and contg. a tackifier and a waxy substance in an aq. medium by use of a surfactant. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous dispersion prepd. by dispersing 100pts.wt. base compound comprising 60-90pts.wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer contg. 10-35wt% vinyl acetate, 5-35pts.wt. tackifier such as gum rosin or hydrogenated rosin and 5-35pts.wt. waxy substance such as paraffin wax or alpha-olefin wax, in an aq. medium by use of 0.5-20pts.wt. surfactant such as an anionic or nonionic surfactant, or both of them. Thus it is possible for the dispersion to highly enhance adhesion to a variety of adherends and to be more advantageously used as a heat sealing agent contg. paper, Al, plastics, etc. as a base material, as compared with a well-known ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer.
