Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To accomplish uniformly baking a coated article in an oven with a saved energy consumption, by detecting the temperature of hot gas afrer combustion, comparting the detected temperature with a preset value, and controlling a heat amount of a heater or a fresh air inflow amount and a hot-discharge amount. CONSTITUTION:Hot gas returned from a furnace chamber 14 through a line 20' is heated with a heater 22. Its temperature is raised by combustion of a solvent with a burner 24. The resultant gas is forcedly circulated with a forcible circulater 26, and fed again through a line 20 into the furnace chamber 14. A temperature detected with a temperature detector 40 located at the downstream side of the burner 24 in a hot gas-treating chamber 16 is compared with a reset value in a comparator 42. If the detected temperature is lower than the preset value, the comparator 42 outputs the first output O1 to enhance the electric conductivity of a current limiter 34 and to enhance a heat amount of the heater 22. If it is higher than the preset value, the comparator 42 outputs the second output O2 to control another current limiter 38 through a controller 44 and to enhance an exhaust amount from a hot gas-discharge line 30. In addition, the rotation number of a motor M2 for the purpose is detected with a detector 46, and a current limiter 36 is controlled through a controller 48 to increase sucking amount into an air inflow line 28.
