DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING MEMORY

PURPOSE:To economically realize redress of memory tips which have a large fraction defective, by rearranging information between unit information and words at the time of writing/reading on bubble memory tips, etc., by using shift registers. CONSTITUTION:Input data of 8-bit are taken in a shift register SR20 in parallel through a buffer 10 in accordance with a clock (c) from a controlling circuit 70, and output in series by a clock (i). Then, the data are supplied to another shift register SR22 through a gate 51 and a delay type FF60, and shifted by a clock (e), and then, written in a memory medium 30 as parallel data. Moreover, defective information of an additional memory 40 is given to the gate 51 through a shift register 21 and, at the same time, the information is given to another gate 50 through information between unit information and words at the time of wiring and reading of information to the medium 30 are performed.
