Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To avoid the puzzlement of the operator, by taking in a medium in a device once and returning it after instructing the operating metod, when the medium is inserted to the device ahead the depression of a transaction key by the operator. CONSTITUTION:If the operator inserts a magnetic card before the selects a transaction key group 13, it is detected 22 and a card inlet shutter 23 is opened with a control section 21 and the magnetic card is once taken in the device. Thereafter, the operating method of the device is instructed with a guidance mechanism 28, and the magnetic card is discharged from the device through inverse drive of a card carrying mechanism 24, and a card inlet shutter 23 is closed. When the magnetic card discharge outside the device is detected with a mechanism 22, the control section 21 waites for the depression of the key group 13.
