Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent a sample from moving and deforming during sampling operation by partitioning an ultrasonic medium into two layers by providing an isolation film and by moving an ultrasonic condenser lens, a lens-side ultrasonic medium and the isolation film in one body. CONSTITUTION:As an input signal from a high-frequency oscillator 21 is applied through a separating circuit 22, a piezoelectric transducer 23 vibrates, and consequently a plane ultrasonic wave is so radiated that it focuses on a sample through an ultrasonic condenser lens 24, a lens-side ultrasonic medium 29, an isolation film 26, and a sample-side ultrasonic medium 30. The acoustic wave reflected by the sample 28 moves back and is converted by the piezoelectric transducer 23 into an electric signal, which is applied to a display device 32 through the separating circuit 22 to be displayed. In this case, a lens exciter 33 moves the condenser lens 24, medium 29 and isolation film 26 in directions X and Y to display a two-dimensional microscopic image of the sample 28 on the display device 32.
