RECORDING SHEET

PURPOSE:To obtain the recording sheet, which uses a nitrogen compound containing an aromatic ring or an aromatic ring compound containing nitrogen as an electron donar, and employs an electron receptor capable of forming a coloring molecular compound through combination, paper itself thereof is white or light yellow and which can acquire recording having excellent contrast. CONSTITUTION:The recording sheet is manufactured in such a manner that the nitrogen compound containing the aromatic ring or the aromatic ring compound containing nitrogen (such as, leuco dyes, etc. such as, crystal violet-lactone, etc.) is used as the electron donar, and said compound and the electron receptor (such as, chloranil, etc.) capable of shaping the coloring molecular compound are combined and employed. The recording paper through the combination of the electron donar and the electron receptor can apply for pressure sensitive recording, thermo-sensitive recording, conduction thermo-sensitive recording, etc., and the electron donar and the electron receptor are applied on the same paper or separate paper and can record. Pigments of every kind (such as TiO2, etc.) can be used jointly with the object of a coating material (such as waxes, etc.), a binding agent (such as PVA, etc.), the improvement of whiteness, the improvement of sliding property, the prevention of viscosity, etc.
