MAGNETIC BUBBLE MEMORY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To realize the high-speed and continuous reading with no noise disturbance caused by the transcription pulse, by excluding the minor loop corresponding to the position where the transcribing action overlaps the detecting action out of the data region. CONSTITUTION:Detector output data series D1-D16 are applied to a gate 12a of a selector circuit 12 as well as to a gate 12b via a delaying FF11. The circuit 12 selects one of data series (a) and (b) by the selection signal C supplied from a comparator 16 and delivers the data series (d). The gate 12b is opened at a high level of the signal C, and the output of the FF11 is delivered in the form of the data series (d). While the gate 12a is opened at a low level of the signal C to exclude a specified minor loop out of the data region.
