Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate the high precision work and as well as reduce the number of component parts by an arrangement wherein the centering of a side cover and a front cover is performed through a ball bearing by abuttingly supporting one side of the ball bearing with the stepped part of the side cover and the other side of the ball bearing with the stepped part of the front cover. CONSTITUTION:The one side of the ball bearing 14 is abuttingly supported with the stepped part of the side cover 16 and the other side is abuttingly supported by the end of the forming boss 60 of the shaft seal chamber 22 formed in the front cover 18. The positioning and fixing of the ball bearing 14 toward the longitudinal direction of a shaft 12 is achieved with the stepped part of the side cover 16 and the end surface of the bearing recess of the boss 60 of the front cover 18. Due to the arrangement mentioned above, the high precision work can easily be accomplished without spoiling usability and while the number of component parts can be reduced.
