MANUFACTURE OF RESIN MOLDING

PURPOSE:To stick an end cap fast and strongly by pressing resin into a pore of a cut surface of a molding proper consisting of foaming resin and fixing the resin. CONSTITUTION:The long-sized molding proper 3 consisting of foaming resin is cut in predetermined dimensions, and the cut surfaces 31 on which a large number of pores 33 are exposed are formed at both ends. The proper 3 is mounted onto a core 2 so that the end section collides with a positioning pin 21, the cut surface 31 inserted into a die, a cavity 1 is dropped, the proper 3 is settled to the die, the resin is injected into the die through a sprue 41 from a nozzle N, the end cap 4 is shaped at the end section of the proper 3 while the melted resin is pressed into the pores 33 formed to the cut surfaces 31, and the end cap 4 is fast stuck onto the proper 3.
