PROCESS:The compound of formula I can be prepared by, e.g. the Gabriel reaction of the phthalimide derivative of formula II with hybrazine hydrate, or the treatment of the bromine derivative having an eliminable group which can be undergo the substitution reaction, e.g. the compound of formula III, with aqueous ammonia.
