PARTS FEEDER

PURPOSE:To prevent part damages and improve the feeder operational efficiency by making the parts separating stopper of the titled feeder, used for small-sized cylindrical parts such as sleeve glasses, smaller in diameter than the parts and by transferring the parts being attracted and caught through a charging plate having a sucking hole. CONSTITUTION:Because the end portion of a sleeve stopper 7 is smaller in diameter than sleeve glasses 1, the catching of the sleeve glasses 1, the cross-section can be prevented. Furthermore, a charging plate 17 is provided with a vacuum sucking hole 18, which holds the falling of the lowest sleeve glass 1-1, in a vertical chute 5, due to dead weight, by attracting the sleeve glass 1-1 to its opening face via a vacuum pump 19. In such a way, the transfer times of the sleeve glasses 1 in individual separation can be reduced and the damage of the glass parts 1 and the charging plate 17 can be prevented, and the parts yield rate and the feeder operational efficiency can be improved.
