Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To remove a driving means for an antenna by using a conical beam having a conical radiating pattern constituted by a power supply element and a wave director. CONSTITUTION:One shaft is provided with a power supply element 1 constituted as a turn style antenna and a reflector 2 consisting of an electric conductor plane sufficiently larger than the wavelength. In addition, a wave director 3 is attached to the front of the power supply element 1. Consequently, the gain of about 8dB is obtained in the direction of 45 deg. from the shaft. The directional pattern is made conical shape and is nondirectional in a horizontal plane. When said antenna is mounted on a moving element, the wave angle of a satellite observed from the moving element is not suddenly changed so that a tracking means is unnecessary. Moreover, the relation between the wave angle and gain can be simply changed by changing the interval between elements. |
