Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To eliminate corrosion of related machines and enable effective heat recovery in a Dwight Lloyd sintering machine by keeping the temperature of the part of lowest temperature or a specified part of a main exhaust gas passage above a specified temperature. CONSTITUTION:For instance, gas is extracted selectively from high temperature wind leg 4 part of ore discharge side of a sintering machine 1, and heat is recovered by a heat exchanger 16. When this heat recovering is intensified, the temperature of exhaust of a main duct 5 is lowered and harmful components in the gas become below dew point and there is the possibility of corrosion due to acids. Accordingly, a thermometer 22 is provided at a position of a dust collector 6 where corrosion is most liable to occur, and an entrance damper 20 of a heat medium pump 21 is operated together by an adjusting mete 23, and heat is recovered keeping the temperature of the part of lowest temperature of the main exhaust gas passage above 60 deg.C. |
