Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a cheap device by simplifying the controlling system and as well as enhance the reliability of the device by a method wherein the controlling of the respective doors of the air conditioner is performed by the actuation of an actuator in response to the number of intermittent electric signals. CONSTITUTION:The actuator 10 operating an air mixing door 6 consists of two solenoids 12a and 12b and a booster comprising a reversible worm gear 14 and a spur gear 15. The air mixing door 6 is operated by the operation of a driven wheel 13 driven by energizing and deenergizing the solenoids 12a and 12b with intermittent electric signals. The actuation of the actuator 10 with intermittent electric signals as mentioned above enables to control the air mixing door to the predetermined position without detecting the position of the air mixing door. Moreover, because no electric motor is used, the cheap and simple controlling system can be realized and as well as the reliability of the device can be enhanced.
