Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:An insecticidal composition, prepared by incorporating an adequate amount of O,O-diisopropyl S-benzyl phosphorothiolate with a pyrethroid compound, and capable of exhibiting improved effects due to the synergistic insecticidal action with low toxicity. CONSTITUTION:An insecticidal composition, prepared by incorporating O,O- diisopropyl S-benzyl phosphorothiolate with one or two or more pyrethroid compounds expressed by formulaI, II or III, preferably 3-phenoxy-alpha-cyanobenzyl-2',2'-dimethyl-3-(2'',2''-dichlorovinyl)cy clopropanecarboxylate, at a weight ratio in the range of (1:10)-(10:1), particularly (2:1)-(1:5). The composition is rapidly effective for controlling injurious insects in upland farming, fruit trees, forests, sanitation, paddy fields, stored grains, etc., and powerful lethal and residual effects.
