Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily polish any die cast part, no matter how sophiscated its configuration may be, by providing vibration to an abrasive jig, having a similar shape to the surface to be polished and forming an abrasive layer on the surface, and by polishing the fitting surface. CONSTITUTION:An abrasive jig 7 is made of ''DEBUKON '' (epoxy resin) according to an injection molding method and adjusting the abrasive jig 7 to the shape of a part 9 to be polished. Abrasive grains are coated on the surface of the abrasive jig 7 with adhesive. The part 9 to be polished is fixed to a part fixing jig 10 and the abrasive jig 7 is fitted to it. Then, the avrasive jig 7 is subjected to vibration by a vibration generating unit 14 and hence the part 9 is polished.
