Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:The titled zinc rich paint capable of being formed into an ultra thick film, having improved long-term corrosion resistance, crack resistance and adhesivity, obtained by blending a vehicle modified by adding an organic polymer substance to a hydrolyzate of ethyl silicate with zinc flakes. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. vehicle comprising (A) a hydrolyzate of ethyl silicate having a hydrolysis ratio of 50-95% and (B) an organic high polymer substance consisting of polyvinyl butyral resin, ethyl cellulose, epoxy resin, and polymer of alpha-beta unsaturated monobasic acid ester (e.g., methyl acrylate) in a ratio of solid content of component A:B=1:(0.05-0.3) is blended with 200-1,000pts.wt. zinc flakes having length of 5-80mu and width and thickness of
