Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain very excellent dispersibility by employing magnetic powder surface-treated with Al and Zr compounds having organic groups. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic powder is surface-treated with Al or Zr compound having organic groups, thereby obtaining the magnetic powder to which Al or Zr compound adheres. It is preferable to employ hexagonal ferrite powder represented by the general formula AFe12O19, where A represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ba, Sr, Ca and Pb, as the magnetic powder. The magnetic powder thus obtained has very excellent dispersibility and excellent wear resistance due to rigid adherence to the resin component. Further, this powder has strong adherence to a base and is difficult to peel off from the base.
