MOLDING DEVICE FOR MOLDING HAVING SKEW TEETH

PURPOSE:To produce moldings having various shapes of skew teeth efficiently by providing a guide supporting plate to a punch supporting body on the top side of a die, engaging guide bars thereto and displacing the guide supporting plate. CONSTITUTION:A lower punch 3 is screwed into a through-hole 2 for molding of a die 1, and raw material powder 18 is packed in the space thereof. A punch supporting body 6 is pressurized and is lowered together with an upper punch 4, a holder 5 and a guide supporting plate 9. When the adjust rods 13 of the plate 9 abut on the level setters 17 of the die 1, the punch 4 starts rotating and descends together with the body 6, and a guide plate 16. At this time, the guide bar 14 erected diagonally to the plate 9 is inserted to the through-hole 15 of the plate 16 to exert the displaced rotating force to the plate 16. Therefore, if the bar 14 is beforehand inclined in such a way that the punch 4 rotates at the same pitch as the lead of a gear or the like to be formed, the powder 18 is pressurized and molded to the molding having required skew teeth.
