Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a lithographic plate which is water and aqueous weak alkaline solution and developable, by providing a photosensitive layer consisting of a specific hydrophilic polymer, ethylene unsaturated compound, photopolymerization initiator and diazonium compound. CONSTITUTION:(A) amino resin, rosin denaturated maleic resin, 40-90wt% hydrophilic polymer of 10-13(Cal/cm ) solubility parameter which is selected from vinyl pyrolidone copolymer containing 40-90mol% vinyl pyrolidone, (B) 10-60wt% a compound (e.g. maleic acid) having addition polymerizable ethylene unsaturated bond, (C) 0.5-15wt% photopolymerization initiator (e.g. benzoin) and (D) 5-20wt% diazonium compound (e.g. hexafluorophosphate of a condensate of P-diazodiphenylamine and HCHO) are dissolved in a solvent and are applied on a supporting material to form a photosensitive layer. By this way, a photosensitive lithographic plate having high image forming speed and good ink forming is obtained.
