Zusammenfassung:	Pressure-relieving orifices in nuclear power stations can be closed by means of a flap (17, 18) which is mounted in a hinge (10) and which is held in a horizontal closing position by means of a rest located approximately at the same height as the hinge. According to the invention, the rest is designed in the form of a resilient catch (24, 25) which can preferably be opened by means of a remote-controllable opening device (36), so that different instances of response can be covered.
