CONTINIUOUS CARGO-HANDLING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To promote the efficiently of cargo work by controlling the running of a cargo-handling machine to be interlocked with the turning of a boom. CONSTITUTION:A sideways-run interlocking control device 15 equipped in an unloader is provided with a boom-length setter 16, a boom-length compensator 17 to compute and compensate the length of a boom in accordance with a rising angle, a memory 18 to memorize the end of a hatch 1' on the basis of a distance between the projected point of the top of the boom on a running line and the running origin 0, and a multiplier 19 to multiply the detected signal of a turning- angle detector 11 and the output signal of a boom-length compensator 17; the output signal of the multiplier 19 and the detected signal of a running amount detector 13 are computed by the first computing element 20, and the output signal thereof and the output signal of the memory 18 are computed by the second computing element 21. Thereby, a carge-handling machine can be automatically controlled in running to be interlocked with the turning of the boom only by the command of sideways-run interlocking control and the turning operation of the boom by an operator for promoting the efficiency of the cargo- work.
