SUPERCONDUCTION PERIODIC TIMING SIGNAL GENERATING CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To obtain a signal in different timing for an output of each circuit, by providing a plurality of circuits in which a resistor and a plurality of two terminal type Josephson elements are connected in series, making the threshold current of the respective circuit different and applying an AC signal through input terminals connected in common. CONSTITUTION:A threshold current of circuits M1-M3 consisting of resistors R1-R3 and Josephson elements J11, J12-J31, J32 is made different, respectively. When an AC sinal is applied from a signal source G, the Josephson elements J11, J12-J31, J32 are at a potential with different currents to produce outputs S1-S3. The circuits M1-M3 are reset when the signal is zero and the state is restored to the initial state.
