Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To secure a smooth running of a magnetic tape, by controlling clearances in the vertical direction in a tape cassette with an inner ring rib and, at the same time, by guiding the winding location of the magnetic tape with an outer ring rib. CONSTITUTION:In a cassette case 5, projected parts 74 and 75 which are parallel to the side of the case of a lubricating sheet 64 are installed in such a way that they oppose to each other. Then, the upper and lower end faces of an inner rib 83 of a reel hub 7 are placed on a flat plane 85 of the lubricating sheet 64 and the reel hub 7 is arranged in such a way that an outer ring rib 82 is located slightly apart from, or is in light contact with the projected parts 74 and 75 of the lubricating sheet 64. Therefore, differences in level or disturbances in winding caused by the change in the running speed of the magnetic tape are prevented and stable rotation of the reel hub and stable running of the magnetic tape are secured.
