INJECTOR FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for accurate work and improve a response, by open-close operating fuel with a ball valve, providing the ball valve and the flange part f a rod to a movable element, forming outside diameters of the ball valve and rod flange part almost equal to a nozzle internal diameter, eliminating eccentricity of the valve at its open-close operation, simultaneously arranging the movable element axially to a short guide. CONSTITUTION:A movable element 53 is integrally jointed with a plunger 35, ball shaped element 36 and plunger rod 47, and the movable element is axially moved and guided with a slight amount of clearance to the periphery of a movable ball shaped element and periphery 46 of a flange part provided to the plunger rode 47 by a nozzle internal wall 49, further a plunger side 56 is adapted to a stopper 45 to position the movable element. In this way, the ball shaped element, being used in an open-close part of fuel, eliminates eccentricity of the movable element, further the plunger rod part is guided by the same diametrical internal periphery of a nozzle, and strict work accuracy is not required, then axial movement of a valve body can be guided by a slide part of small diameter, thus sliding resistance is reduced, further a valve can be opened and closed correctly at a high speed.
