Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition without containing moisture, by kneading a nitrocellulose wetted with water with an organic solvent inert to the isocyanate at a given proportion, extrusion molding the kneaded material, and drying and cutting the molded article. CONSTITUTION:Nitrocellulose wetted by water (preferably wetted by 50% or less water with a nitrogen content of 10.7-12.2%) is kneaded with an organic solvent, e.g. ethyl acetate, inert to the nitrocellulose, polyurethane resin and isocyanate in an amount of 50-300pts. based on 100pts. dry nitrocellulose, and the kneaded material is then rolled or extrusion molded, dried and cut to give the aimed composition with a moisture content
