METHOD FOR LOADING CORE INTO TURBULAR TENSION TESTING PIECE

PURPOSE:To perform loading of a core very simply and highly efficiently, by dipping the part corresponding to one holding part of a tubular tension testing piece with a required length in a fused state, low melting point metal contained in a metal fusing tank. CONSTITUTION:The part 1A'' corresponding to one holding part of a tubular tension test piece 1 with a required length is dipped in the fused state, low melting point metal 5 contained in a metal fusing tank 4. The inside of the part 1A'' corresponding to the holding part is filled with the fused metal 5. Then, a receiving pan 6 in said metal fusing tank 4 is lifted so as to contact with a lower end 1a of the test piece 1, and the lower end is closed. Then the test piece 1 is lifted in a vertical state. In this way, the fused metal 5 is sealed in the part 1A'' of the test piece 1 which is lifted out of the fused metal tank 4. Thus the loading of the core can be performed very simply and highly efficiently.
