Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To wind a belt like rubber material accurately and automatically to a tire forming drum, by holding and restricting the cutting end (tip) of the belt like rubber material during the conveying period from cutting of the belt like rubber material till press-bonded to the tire forming drum. CONSTITUTION:Belt like elastic tubular objects 25, 28 are supported on ascent and descent stands 24, 27 of holding means 20, 21, belt like elastic plates 26, 29 are attached on their upper faces and a contacting surface to a belt like rubber material 7 is made a smooth surface. The tip of the belt like rubber material 7 is moved being held by the holding means 20 and being contacted to the tire forming mold 1 and the belt like rubber material 7 is wound around the drum 1 by a predetermined length, rotating the drum 1. Rotation of the drum 1 is stopped temporarily, holding means 20, 21 are moved just under a pushing plate 36, the material 7 is held between the pushing plate 36 and elastic plates 26, 29 and cut just before the elastic plate 26, the remaining part of the material 7 is wound by rotating the drum 1 further.
