REFRESHING TOWEL FEEDER FOR CAR

PURPOSE:To obtain a steamed and cooled double-functional refreshing towel feeder of simple construction which uses the power source of cigarette plug by means of Peltier effect of a thermoelectric element. CONSTITUTION:Metal cases 3 and 4, which are made of a high conducting material, are closely fitted to the side of thermoelectric elements 1 and 2. The outside surfaces of the metal cases 3 and 4 and the thermoelectric elements 1 and 2 are covered with an insulator 5. When the voltage is applied to a cigarette plug 9, a heat absorption reaction is produced at the n-P junction between an n type semiconductor and P type semiconductor and an exothermic reaction is generated at the P-n junction. With this construction, one of the metal cases, either 3 or 4 is cooled and provides cooling service and the other metal is heated and provides heat insulation service.
