CUTTING METHOD OF ALUMINUM PANEL

PURPOSE:To prevent chattering of cutting a panel, increase the life of a tool and obtain apparently large thickness of the panel, by using the tool, having the diagonal edge, when the aluminum panel is cut its surface with the tool to a diamondwise cut part. CONSTITUTION:A plane part of an aluminum panel 1 is cut by a tool 4 to a decoration finish diamondwise cut part 5, and the edge 4a of a tool 4 is diagonally formed, when the tool 4 is pressed to the aluminum panel 1, the tool is started its contact with a dot, and then cutting resistance is gradually increased as the tool proceeds cutting, after depth of cut to cutting width, cutting resistance is arranged to a constant level. In this way, the diamondwise cut part 5 is difficult to cause chattering to obtain a smooth surface, and the tool is decreased a nick of its edge and extended its life. Then light is reflected diagonally by a bottom surface of the diamondwise cut part 5, in this way, the bottom surface is viewed floating by an optical illusion and thickness of the aluminum panel 1 can be seen likey as increased.
