Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve machinability, screw fastening property, abrasion resistanc e, etc. of composite parts by packing plastics which are burned off by molten metal beforehand into mold cavities packed with hollow bodies and using a centrifugal casting method in the stage of charging molten metal into said cavities. CONSTITUTION:A mold 1 packed with foamed polystyrene powder, etc. 3 and heat-resistant micro-hollow bodies 4 is mounted to a mold 5 for runners in the direction at a right angle to the central axis of rotation of said mold. Thereafter, while the molds 5, 1 are rotated by rotating a turntable 6, molten metal is supplied to the mold 5, and is allowed to enter cavities 2 by utilizing centrifugal forces. Thence, the molten metal burns the powder 3 off and fills the part thereafter quickly. Since the packing in the spherical bodies 4 delays, the part packed with powder 3 are cast with the simple substance of the metal. Hence, the part consisting of the composite material part 9 of the metal-hollow bodies and a part of the simple subtstance of the metal 10 is obtained.
