Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare the titled composition having excellent surface hardness, abrasion resistance, flexibility, antistaticity, etc., and suitable for an optical part, etc., by compounding a compound containing epoxy group and silanol group with silica fine powder, nitrogen-containing organic compound having N-H bond, etc. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of a compound having an epoxy group in the Si.C bond-containing organic group and a silanol group in the molecule, is mixed with 1-1,000pts. of fine silica powder having an average particle diameter of 1- 200mmu and 0.1-200pts. of a compound selected from a nitrogen-containing organic compound containing N-H, N-C, N C and/or N C groups, a saturated or unsaturated polybasic carboxylic acid (anhydride), an acetylacetone metal compound (metal is Zn, Ti, Co, Fe, Cr, Mn, V, Ni, etc.), an alkoxide of formula M(OR )n (M is B, Al, Ti, Ge, etc.; n is 3 or 4; R is 1-8C hydrocarbon group) or its condensate, a phenolic compound, and a compound containing boron trifluoride.
