Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain synchronism for absolute time for each local device, by transmitting time information from a center device to each local device and summing the transmission time between each local device and the center device which is known in advance at each local device. CONSTITUTION:A center computer 1 and a communication controller 2 constitute a center device. n sets of local processors 3, LPU1-LPUn are provided and connected to a terminal device (DTE)4. The communication device 2 and the local processors 3 are connected with communication lines L1 Ln and the transmission speed is different. Assuming the transmission time of the line Ln as tn, when the time information is transmitted at a time of T1 from the device 2, the time of arrival of the time information to the local processors LPU1 LPUn is respectively T1+T1-T1+tn, and they are defined as the time information, respectively. Thus, the synchronism with absolute time can be taken, regardless of the renewal at each local processor with different time.
