Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To exhibit an excellent anchoring effect, by conducting, the titled treatment with an aq. soln. of a cold water-curing blocked isocyanate compd. obtd. by reacting a urethane prepolymer with an isocyanate-blocking agent. CONSTITUTION:A blocking agent selected from a heterocyclic compd. having a skeleton of -N=C-NH-, hydroxypyridine, hydroxyquinoline and a substd. phenol having a pKa of 5-9.5, is reacted with a urethane prepolymer contg. at least two free NCO groups obtd. by reacting a polyisocyanate with a hydrophilic polyol prepolymer. Said blocking agent is reacted with said urethane prepolymer in an equivalent ratio of OH or NH to NCO of 0.2-2. The surface of an inorg. structural material is primed with an aq. soln. of the resulting cold water-curing blocked isocyanated compd.
