Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of unneccessary reflection at a boundary surface of a spherical lens, by forming an impedance matching layer, consisting of a chalcogenite system glass film is formed on a spherical lens part contacting a field medium of an ultrasonic focusing lens. CONSTITUTION:A signal from a high-frequency oscillator 1 is supplied to a transmitting and receiving combination transducer 3 from a directional coupler 2 to be converted into ultrasonic wave which is radiated to the inside from one surface of an ultrasonic focusing lens 4. The ultrasonic wave reaches a sample 7 attached to a retainer plate 5 through a field medium 6 consisting of ultrasonic wave and water, the reflection is collected again by the ultrasonic focusing lens 4, and is supplied to a display 10 through the transducer 3 and the directional coupler 2. Meanwhile, compound, such as As-S, AS-Se, As-S-Se, is formed on a spherical surface 4a of the ultrasonic focusing lens 4 by a vacuum-depositing and other method, and the chalcogenite system glass film is used as an impedance mathcing layer. This prevents the occurrence of reflection at a boundary surface and permits the improvement of S/N of a signal. |
