Component B is, e.g., calcium stearate. Component A may be contained in the original granules. The content of component A is preferably 3-30wt% based on the resultant granules and B is 5-40wt%. The granules are prepared into granules, tablets, or capsules and used as a preventive or remedy for bronchial asthma.
