A transparent ultraviolet-curing adhesive layer 3 of polyfunctional acrylate etc. is applied on the metal layer 2 and a laminate type transparent film 4 composed of a hard coat layer 4a on one side and a synthetic resin layer 4b having compatibility and close adherence with an adhesive layer 3 on another side is laminated and pressed on it, the adhesive layer 3 is cured by irradiating with ultraviolet ray, thus the cover 7 having a plane mirror A on its back formed.
