Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:The titled composition capable of providing foams having a dense uniform cell structure and a soft touch, consisting of two specified vinyl chloride copolymers, a thermosetting polyurethane resin, a crosslinking agent, a foaming agent, a stabilizer and a plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:The following components are mixed together: (A) 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride (co)polymer, average polymerization degree 300-3,000, free from active hydrogen in the molecule, prepared by suspension-polymerizing vinyl chloride or its mixture with an active hydrogen-free ethylenically unsaturated compound (e.g., vinyl acetate), (B) 1-5pts.wt. vinyl chloride copolymer, average polymerization degree 300-3,000, containing active hydrogen in the molecule, prepared by copolymerizing vinyl chloride with a monomer containing active hydrogen in the molecule (e.g., acrylic acid), (C) 1-5pts.wt. thermoplastic polyurethane, Vicat softening point
