CONSTITUTION:The balance adjustment of blower blades C can be made by making minute adjustment of the balance inI-Idirection moving a blancing weight ''a'' along a guide 1. Next, the minute malances in II-II direction and III-III direction can be made by moving the blancing weights ''b'' and ''c'' on the guide 12 and the blancing weight ''d'' on the guide 13 in the direction of arrows respectively. The balancing weigjts ''a'', ''b'', ''c'' and ''d'' are fixed by means of bolts and the like on a hub A to maintain their minute balances.
