MAGNETIC BUBBLE STORAGE DEVICE

PURPOSE:To improve access time so as to be high speed by dividing plural magnetic bubble devices into plural units and driving each unit by a coil driving circuit with a different phase. CONSTITUTION:Plural (2n) magnetic bubble devices M1-M2n are divided into 2 units M1, M3-M2n-1 and M2, M4-M2n. Sense amplifying circuits A1-An for the magnetic bubble devices M1-M2n are connected to AND circuits AND-1- AND-n which finds AND with strobe pulses, and coil driving circuis D1 and D2 connected to each OR circuit OR-1-OR-n through a pair of AND circuits taken from respective units have different phases with each other. The optimum storbe signals T1 and T2 of outputs from the respective sense amplifiers A1-An, are sent with the timing shifted by the phase of coil driving current.
