TIMING MEASURING DEVICE OF HEADER

PURPOSE:To make skill in timing matching unnecessary, by reading in advance a position of the timing matching for a new product by use of a measuring device, and applying its data to the timing matching in case of manufacturing the same product next time and thereafter. CONSTITUTION:A pair of measuring devices consisting of a timing dial plate 37 of a punch to a shearing device 15, and a dial plate reading indicating needle 38 of the dial plate 37 are oppositely provided on a header body 1 and a ram 4, and a pair of measuring devices consisting of a relative position measuring dial plate 44 and an indicating needle 46 are oppositely provided on a punch knockout pin controlling cam 18 and its driving shaft 19. Also, a pair of measuring devices consisting of a relative position measuring dial plate 49 and an indicating needle 50 are oppositely provided on a knockout pin controlling cam shaft 19 and a cam shaft driving chain wheel 25. As for a new product, graduations of the dial plate and the indicating needle are read and recorded as a data for the timing matching, and at the next time, the timing matching is executed in accordance with said data.
