Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:A fungicide for industrial purpose that contains 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3- one and 1,4-bis(bromoacetoxy)-2-butene, thus developing synergetically increased fungicidal effect in a smaller amount than when each of them is used alone. CONSTITUTION:The objective fungicide is obtained by mixing 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, used as an active ingredient for non-metallic low-toxicity fungicide, with 1,4-bis(bromoacetoxy)-2-butene, used as an industrial fungicide, especially as a slime controller, at a weight ratio of 16/1-1/64, preferably 8/2-2/8 (when strong synergism is developed). The growth of fungi is satisfactorily prohibited when it is used in a concentration of several ppm and can be used in almost all fungicidal purposes in industry. EFFECT:The amount of the chemicals are largely reduced and so its cost becomes low to produce practically great merits.
