Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To subject a plate material to multiple punching works to improve the yield of the plate material, by punching the plate material successively so that lines connecting centers of plural punched holes describe a regular triangle and repeating this punching operation while moving the plate matrial by a prescribed quantity. CONSTITUTION:Three negative forms 2, 3, and 4 are attached to a jig 1, and a jig 5 is attached onto the jig 1. A groove 6 is formed on the jig 5, and a plane plate-shaped plate material 7 is moved in the groove 6. Three positive forms 8, 9, and 10 and a rotating mechanism 11 are attached above the groove 6 of the jig 5. Positive forms 8, 9, and 10 consist of columnar materials and are freely moved vertically through springs, and lines connecting respective centers of positive forms 8, 9, and 10 describe a triangle, and positive forms 8, 9, and 10 face to negative forms 2, 3, and 4, respectively. The pressure from a pressurizing means 24 is transmitted to positive forms 8, 9, and 10 successively through a selecting lever 23 of the rotating mechanism 11, which is rotated at the same period as the pressure period of the means 24, to punch the plate material 7 in order of pundhced holes 27, 28, and 29. Next, the plate material 7 is moved for the length corresponding to 1/ 3 of one side of the triangle, and the same operation is repeated to punch the plate material 7 in order of punched holes 30, 31, and 32.
