Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:A resin composition capable of being crosslinked into preducts excellent in solvent resistance, prepared by mixing a polyphenylene ether resin with a (meth)acryloyl group- or acryloxy group-containing organic compound. CONSTITUTION:There is used a (meth)acryloyl group- or acryloxy group-containing compound of formulaI, wherein X is H or methyl and R is vinyl or epoxy, of formula II or of formula III, wherein R is a 2-70C polyhydroxy organic compound residue and n is 2-10 (e.g., glycidyl acrylate, hexahydro-1,3,5-triacryloyl-s-triazine or ethylene glycol diacrylate). Namely, 40-99wt% polyphenylene ether resin, number-average MW 1,000-30,000, is mixed with about 60-1wt% above compound.
