SPRAY NOZZLE FOR SLURRY

PURPOSE:To circle a coal-petroleum slurry itself and to feed stably a raw material to a reactor, by equipping the top face of the inner pipe of a spray nozzle with channels for circling steam at plural positions. CONSTITUTION:The semiconical face 17 set at the outer periphery of the top nozzle part of the feed pipe 16 for raw material is equipped with the channels 18 for circling steam at plural positions, e.g., 4 positions. The mixed slurry 2 of coal particles to be pulverized and a reduced-pressure residue oil of the petroleum type such as heavy oil is fed by pressure to the central path 1 of the feed pipe 16, and discharged from the outlet hole 4. While, the steam 11 sent through the path 10 by pressure is provided with circling energy at the circling channels 18 at the top nozzle part, and sent to the circling chamber 19. At the circling chamger 19, the slurry 2 itself discharged from the outlet hole 4 is rotated by the circling force of the steam 11, and the slurry 2 is continuously sprayed from the spray nozzle 13 of the mixture.
