CONSTITUTION:Basic lead acetate such as dibasic lead acetate or tribasic lead acetate and at least one member selected from oxides, hydroxides, carbonates, sulfates, phosphates, silicates and titanates of Ca, Ba, Mg and Zn and basic salts thereof, are incorporated in a chlorine-contg. resin such as PVC. There can be obtd. a resin compsn. having improved resistance to heat and light and processability.
